<p> Welcome. After more than 25 years Andrew Wartts and the Gospel Storytellers have returned to the studio to record a new maxi-CD entitled A House On Sand and name, GST. The multi-track CD is being produced by Stellar award-winning producer Curtis Turrentine Jr, who accompanies GST (Andrew, Ed, and Joe) on the song "The Sand House". The Queen of Quartet singers Evelyn Turrentine-Agee, (God Did It& Work It Out) also joins the group on "Jesus My Precious King", originally recorded by the famed Dixie Hummingbirds. </p> <p> This new CD will showcase not only the group's keen vocal style but also their talent for writing and arranging music celebrating those wonderful Bible stories told by the Master teacher, Jesus. "The Sand House", written by lead vocalist Andrew Wartts, is a is a narrative of the book of Matthew 7:24 and this arrangement is done by Curtis Turrentine Jr. In the song, Jesus tells the story of two men - one building hope on temporal things and the other building on eternal things. Additionally, the CD contains the track "No Middle Ground", written and arranged by Andrew, Ed and Joe. It is a song about choosing which road to follow in life. The Gospel Storytellers made their debut in 1984 with their first album "There Is A God Somewhere which has become a collector item and continues to sell internationally. It can still be purchase (CD) online and from various vinyl collectors. Their dual-track CD featuring "The Sand House" and "No Middle Ground is scheduled to be released in early September and will be followed by the complete CD in early 2012. </p>
